What this page is
These are the terms for using this website. They are not the contract for landscaping work. Work we do for you is covered by the written estimate you approve, which sets out the scope, the price and the schedule. If anything here conflicts with your signed estimate, the estimate wins.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse the site, read about our work, and send us an estimate request. Please do not copy the site, attempt to break into it, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Estimates
Submitting the form on this website is a request, not a booking. It does not create a contract and does not hold a place on our schedule. We will contact you to arrange a walk-through of the property.
Estimates are free, and we itemize them. An estimate is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise on the estimate itself. Prices can change if what we find on site differs from what was described, if you change the scope, or if material costs move. We will tell you before doing work that goes beyond what you approved.
The photographs on this site
The project photographs are of work carried out by Moreno Landscape. Every property is different, and plants grow differently in different soil, light and weather. Photographs show the kind of work we do, not a guaranteed outcome for your property.
Plants and living things
Plants, turf and trees are living things affected by weather, water, soil, pests and how they are cared for after we leave. We select and install appropriately for the site, and we will tell you what a planting needs. We cannot guarantee that a living thing will survive. Any warranty on plant material will be stated in writing on your estimate.
Content on this site
The text, photographs, logo and design belong to Moreno Landscape LLC or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, such as our Facebook page or a map, we are not responsible for what is on it.
The website is provided as it is
We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or never interrupted. Service descriptions are general. What we will actually do at your property is what your estimate says.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Moreno Landscape LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing on this page limits our responsibility for the landscaping work itself, which is governed by your estimate and by Georgia law.
Georgia law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
